The Gold and Silver winners of the Heart of England |Co-operative Society OSCAS
The OSCAS - Outstanding Services to Customers And Staff - are held to highlight the dedication of staff who go the eS xtra mile for colleagues and customers across all Society divisions and 64-year-old Sandra fended off stiff competition from 1,000 employees to be named as the overall winner.

Russell Perry, director of coaching at Tynemouth, also attended the luncheon, but club president Alan Morpeth, who also received an OSCAS
nomination, was unable to travel.
Around 300 members of staff from the region attended the fifth OSCAS
Co-op employees throughout Coventry and Warwickshire turned up at the Royal Court Hotel, Keresley, to be recognised at the society's inaugural OSCAS
- which stands for outstanding service to customers and staff.
