As for the Old Church Slavonic text, the composer asked the Prague-based expert Milos Weingart to revise it.
Haspelmath (1991: 107, 1997: 131-132), following Miklosich (1886: 214), derives Old Church Slavonic (Old Bulgarian) indefinite pronouns such as nekuto 'someone' and necito 'something' historically from clauses such as ne ve kuto / cito 'I don't know who / what' (sic, presumably for ne ve / vesti kuto / cito 'he / she doesn't know who / what' or ne vemi / vede kuto / cito 'I don't know who / what' etc.) via grammaticalization paths of the kind 'She told him I don't know what' > 'She told him something' with corresponding extreme phonological erosion (Haspelmath 1997: 143).

Arzamas society Russian literary circle (flourished 1815-18) formed for the semi-serious purpose of ridiculing the conservative "Lovers of the Russian Word," who wished to keep the modern Russian language firmly tied to Old Church Slavonic. They took the name Arzamas from a small city in east-central Russia; it was the setting of a work by Dmitry Bludov that satirized the language conservatives.

He formed modern literary Russian by establishing a working relationship between Old Church Slavonic and the Russian vernacular, producing a literary language that equals any other in richness and flexibility.
His topics include the territorial extent and development of the Premyslid realm, the origins of ecclesiastical organization in the Czech lands, Legenda Christiani as a 10th-century source, and Old Church Slavonic literature and liturgy in the Premyslid realm during the 10th and 11th centuries.
