The PCATP network is for anyone using videoconferencing systems based on either of two International Telecommunication Union standards: H.320, the standard for public switched telephone networks and such dedicated networks as T1 and satellite-based networks, and H.323.
Janine Lira, instructional technology consultant for the Berrien County Intermediate School District in southwest Michigan, and co-founder and board member of TWICE, sees the PCATP professional network as a natural development, both because of the growth of videoconferencing in K-12 and the inherent need of videoconferencers to find others with compatible technologies.

Participants from ADB Project Executing agencies from all over the countries besides and nominees from Pakistan institute of Cost & Contracts, Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP), Constructors Association of Pakistan (CAP), Association of Consulting Engineers Pakistan (ACEP), and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) also participated in the workshop.
The Councils whose Chairmen, Presidents and Registrars included Pakistan Bar Council (PBC), Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP), Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC), National Council for Homoeopathy (NCH), National Accreditation Council for Teachers Education (NACTE), National Agricultural Education Accreditation Council (NAEAC), National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC), and National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) attended the meeting.
According to handout issued here on Wednesday, the main focus of the seminar was to Introduce a Ministerial Strategy on DRR in the Housing sector in Pakistan, Initiate dialogue and to identify gaps in the National Housing Policy and the National Reference Manual instruments from a DRR perspective and Finalize recommendations and way forward from the mutual consultation of the resource persons and professional participants from PCATP, PEC, development authorities and other relevant agencies in Pakistan.
