For the N[H.sub.2]-terminated PCLA copolyester, the peak at 1.22 ascribable to the --N[H.sub.2] end-groups was also observed.
This is probably due to the hydrophobicity of the PCLA segments.
It can also observed from Table 3 that moduli values increased with the decreasing molecular weights of PCLA prepolymers; while in contrary, elongation at break was found to decrease with the decreasing molecular weights of PCLA prepolymers.
Moreover, as all the three synthesized PCLA prepolymers possess relatively low glass transition temperature, hence all the three polyester elastomers obtained are stabilized in their rubbery state in room temperature, which is the most important criterion for elastomeric behavior.
