In the Defense Department, feedback can be collected from reading deficiency reports readily available in the
PDREP database.
When you receive approval, login to
PDREP using the
PDREP access option.
The access request form is found on the
PDREP website at:
Once access has been granted, go to the
PDREP site and follow the instructions to submit the PQDR.
ALSO, UPDATE YOUR
PDREP CONTACT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE A PQDR ORIGINATOR WHO IS BEING REPLACED, RELOCATING, AND/OR GETTING A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER.

Now, Army users must submit all non-aviation/missile warranty, equipment improvement reports, and CECOM-managed (B16) items to the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (
