To a question, Dr Pervaiz said that the PGSHF started its working in 2004-05 and initially houses were given to the government employees on their retirement.
To another question, he said that PGSHF had successfully completed its projects within the given time frame and new schemes would be launched in Jehlum, Sheikhupura, Okara, Sahiwal and Sargodha in future.
All the retired servants of the Punjab government who fulfill the entitlement and seniority to participate in the current balloting have been intimated by the PGSHF
to participate in person for witnessing the balloting ceremony.

and informed that the Punjab Chief Minister Mohammad Shehbaz Sharif has directed the Chairman House Allocations Committee of the foundation to expedite the development work in proposed residential colonies of PGSHF
in Khanewal, Sahiwal and Sialkot to complete the process of balloting and actualization of possession to the allotees as soon as possible.
They said the PGSHF was accomplishing the noble cause of providing superannuated government employees shelter for their families as an acknowledgement of their life-long services to the nation.
The PGSHF had, so far, allotted 8745 residential plots through balloting to its members in various cities of the province in a transparent manner, they added.

Acting Managing Director PGSHF Shaheryar Sultan apprised the applicant members of PGSHF present in the ceremony that nine plots of one kanal area, 109 plots of 10 marlas, 358 plots of 7 marlas and 868 five marla plots are being processed for balloting to the applicants preferring residential plots for them after retirement from the service in two housing schemes at Satiayana Road, Faisalabad and FDA City, Faisalabad.
The balloting was done through PITB software and the names of successful applicants and the numbers of their allocated plot have been posted on website of PGSHF.
