While addressing the newly elected parliamentarians at Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (
PIPS) here, he stressed that it was undoubtedly the time to reflect our whole hearted commitment to rise beyond party lines and work in true spirit of one team and one nation for the optimum use of powers and the great responsibility that our great Quaid expected us to fulfil.
The BoG later discussed the progress of the completion of the
PIPS Premises.
The meeting was chaired by Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq with the agenda of appointment of Executive Director of Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (
PIPS).
After rigorous interviews by the Board, Zafar ullah Khan was finally appointed as the new Executive Director of the
PIPS.
The Executive Director apprised the General Secretary about the working of institute and new initiative being taken by
PIPS to support the parliamentarians and parliamentary functionaries in performance of their duties.
In this respect, a notification was issued Wednesday in pursuance of section 6(1) (a) of the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (
PIPS) Act, 2008.
The Speaker NA who is also the President of Board of Governors of Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (
PIPS) said this while chairing the inaugural meeting of Board of Governors of
PIPS in Parliament House on Thursday.
He expressed these views while giving a farewell address to the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Service's (
PIPS) board members completing their term as members of NA at
