It was established that the knowledge of the output parameters of the WT-FESS (time [T.sub.MAX], power [P.sub.3MIN]) and technical parameters of the turbine (nominal power
PWTN, cut-in velocity [v.sub.cut-in], power curve [P.sub.1] = f([v.sub.w])) and of the energy storage (idle losses [DELTA][A.sub.ESj%], performance at loading [[eta].sub.F+] and unloading [[eta].sub.F-], nominal power [P.sub.ESN], continuous maximum power [P.sub.ESMAX]) are additionally required.
