By Monday, the Casiguran Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council had already evacuated 34 families from the Casiguran town who were living near the designated permanent danger zone.
''The public is strictly prohibited to enter the 4-kilometer Permanent Danger Zone,'' it said.
