Adger is one of 200 "civic entrepreneurs" from ten cities participating in an intensive year of local and national leadership training sponsored by the Pew Civic Entrepreneur Initiative. The cities are Albuquerque, N.M., Anchorage, Alaska, Baton Rouge, La., Greensboro, N.C., Honolulu, Hawaii, Jersey City, N.J., Lexington, Ky., Providence, R.I., Santa Ana, Calif., and Shreveport, La.
