* It is necessary to establish whether the concept of "default value" is undetectable, or it is possible to offer a universal definition that can reliably restrict the empirical data of various non- procedural languages of the robotic systems corresponding to this concept.
Only after the building of the universal semantic models of the conditional constructions it is possible to move on to the question concerning the formal means of these models and how they are translated into specific non- procedural languages, and how to classify the languages, depending on what kind of formal tools they use to express the certain universal semantic models of conventional constructions.
The importance of researching the problem of conditional constructions in non- procedural languages of the robotic systems is clear.
The advantages of the proposed state-based language are as follows: state-based language ejects iteration for event loops from a program and allows a simpler structure consisting of less nesting and more concise structures compared to procedural language. State-based language is concise in terms of procedural notation and division in states compared to rule-based languages.
Procedure is easily described in the procedural languages and thus is a different paradigm from reactive languages that is described in declarative style [12].
MacDonald, " Specifying Robot Reactivity in Procedural Languages", in Proc.
Thus, procedural languages, with their commitment to pre-determined sequences of activities with relatively limited branching, do not provide the flexibility at run time that is needed to cope with the "what" and "when" characteristics of the configuration task confronting Digital.
The question was whether basic operations such as many-to-one interprocess communication and array updates could be implemented as efficiently as could be done in procedural languages in terms of time complexity.
The ultimate goal was to implement (a certain class of) processes and streams as efficiently as records and pointers in procedural languages. I became interested in optimization techniques for processes that were almost always suspending, and began studying with Masao Morita in September 1988.
Enlargement means the court now has 21 procedural languages, although one of these - Irish - has never been requested.
However, the Parliament's working paper recalls that other services of a linguistic vocation would continue to be required if Member States wish to pursue the publication of EU legislation in their national language, if the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance maintain several procedural languages, if Parliament wishes to continue informing its electorate in their mother tongue, etc.
