To be precise, the first version was modified in cooperation with representatives from RAKLI (The Finnish Association of Building Owners and Construction Clients), an interest group and trade association representing the most prominent real estate owners, investors and service providers in Finland.
The internet-based questionnaire was carried out in co-operation with RAKLI. The questionnaire was sent to the 50 most important buyers in the Finnish FM market.
