En el presente estudio se caracterizo 30 accesiones de yacones cultivados provenientes del norte, centro y sur del Peru mediante la tecnica de RAPDs, utilizando 34 iniciadores decamericos; con los cuales se muestrearon 166 fragmentos genomicos, de las cuales el 30.7% fueron polimorficos.
