RF probe is becoming common for both RFSIP transceivers and wafer scale packaging of RFSOC devices in the 3-mm/side range and below.
"The architecture is based on our RFSoC QuartzXM[TM] eXpress Module containing the RFSoC FPGA and all needed support circuitry.
RFSOC devices are mainly digital and cache memory chips with less than half their physical area dedicated to RF, power management, converters, and analog circuits.
