6 (BNA): Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa met today with Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain, in the presence of SCYS First Deputy Chairman and President of Bahrain Athletics Association Shaikh bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The SCYS First Deputy Chairman took pride in the global appreciation of the quantum leaps made in the prosperous era of HM the King at the level of the empowerment of Bahraini youth and women through the royal reforms that reflect the wise royal directives on the establishment of a national economic system to promote entrepreneurship and provide the Bahraini youth and women with the opportunity to contribute to achieving Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 aimed at creating an economic power capable of supporting the national economy.
15 (BNA): First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Athletics Association Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa congratulated his brother Personal Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, SCYS Chairman and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa on winning the ANOC Merit Award in Doha today.
SCYS Chairman stressed that since its inception, the SCW has been playing a key role in supporting women and empowering them to contribute in the development of the Kingdom, which highlights their role in the community.
SCYS Chairman said: "We are happy with what the Bahraini women have achieved in the field of sports in terms of their participation which clearly reflect on the wide leadership's care for women and for their role in various sectors, especially the youth and sports sectors.
The SCYS Sec-Gen stressed the Olympic achievement reflects the generous support to the sport and youth movement of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister.
In two separate congratulatory cables to HM the King's Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and SCYS First Deputy President and President of the Bahrain Athletics Association, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Al Saleh pointed out to the importance of supporting the efforts of the government and official authorities to advance Bahraini youth, fulfill their aspirations and encourage them to acquire knowledge and achieve excellence.
