24 SDINS children, treated with MMF included in this prospective study, were previously treated with cyclophosphamid or chlorambucil.
We observed a tendency to lower relapse rate, and remission without proteinuria was significantly longer while steroid administration was shorter and in smaller doses, but these findings were only seen in SDINS group, while in the SRINS group, the treatment was clinically ineffective.
In conclusion, our study confirmed the efficacy of MMF treatment in patients with SDINS.
