The RCC and its secretariat will provide the SEECP with operational capabilities as well as a framework for the continued involvement of the international donor community in the region.

There are 12 members to the SEECP. Serbia is set to assume rotating helm of the SEECP.

After all the representatives of the member countries of the Southeast European Cooperation Process (SEECP) addressed the participants today in Jahorina, during the second day of the Summit, the Declaration of Summit was adopted which states that the participants are deeply convinced that only the complete integration of the entire region into the European Union serves the best interests of Europe.
