The need to increase job-seeking skills of persons with disabilities has been reported as an impediment for more than four decades (Goodwin, 1972; Hergenrather, Rhodes, McDaniel, & Brown, 2003; Mannock, Levesque, & Prochaska, 2002; Pumo, Sehl, & Cogan, 1966; Roesler & Bolton, 1985).
