2001) that is widely used in air-conditioning load calculations.
Further, in Japan, the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan (SHASE) had proposed the use of the IPLV, but it has not been used commonly; rather, the COP at maximum capacity is usually used as the energy efficiency index of chillers.
