Organisations and other individuals who played a key role in implementation are Alison Velvin, and Gayle and the late Bob Heath; John Allen and Liz O'Kane from Work and Income (a service of the Ministry of Social Development); Julie Pearse (CEG); Mike Fitzgerald, Lucy Sandford-Reed (Health Funding Authority--now HealthPAC--and
SISSAL) and Doug Hall; the Council for World Mission (CWM) and PCANZ; the Community Trust of Otago; Gillian Bremner CEO, and the Board of Presbyterian Support Otago; Rita Cleaver; Resident representatives from Norwood Street; and, most importantly, the young people and adults who have worked for YouthGrow and given it life.

sissal or coir latex-backed rugs, or natural floor coverings like organic cotton throws, hemp rugs or cork.
