HomeServe entered into an agreement to acquire the residential HVAC and plumbing contractor operations from SJESP in May 2017.
The company previously acquired the HVAC and Interior Gas Line service plan business from SJESP in 2011, in an agreement whereby SJESP maintained responsibility for performing the service work for plan holders.
