was developed in 1964 as a collection and reporting system for water quality sampling, observation, and measurement activities that occur in these systems and comprehensive descriptors of the event during which samples were collected or the measurements performed.
New water program feature layers include National Estuary Programs, STORET
Water Quality Stations, Nonpoint Source Projects, and Clean Watersheds Needs.
Services DynCorp I&ET staff provides under this program include designing and distributing sampling kits to state teams, providing laboratory services for analysis, uploading the results into the EPA's STORET
database and assisting the agency in evaluating the findings.
