Kalucharan Mohanty, who came to the venue and enjoyed the musical evening and the food at the IFF, said: "The concern by BMC shows that the civic body is always thinking about the inmates of the SUH
and they are remembered when any major celebration happens across the city."
"The greatest exposures in the '90s were website defacement, where hackers were putting graffiti on a company's home page, and liability arising from domain name infringement," said Suhs, now the vice president and privacy practice leader for Ironshore.
Cyber risks and cyber liability products have evolved dramatically in the 17 years since Suhs began selling that initial iteration of cyber insurance.
"The plaintiffs' bar has had a challenge in getting standing because they can't evidence financial loss," Suhs said.
Suhs and Francis both said they're seeing more companies contractually require vendors to purchase cyber coverage.
"Ironshore is seeing more new business opportunities coming in because a company is being required by a business partner to have this coverage in place," Suhs said.
"If I'm the bad guy, then I'm going to hack into the weakest link in the supply chain," Suhs said.
