“Small, task-oriented vehicle or STOV is the generic term we created to describe exactly what these vehicles do,” states Metzger.
“Personal transportation use is playing a bigger role in the STOV universe,” states co-author and Managing Director, Marc Cesare.

But on her first day back for her second year Kate bumped into Stov sitting on the college steps and four months later, in January 1995, the couple became an item.
Kate graduated a year before Stov, who was also studying jewellery and silversmithing, but the couple were determined to stay together.
Stov, now aged 38, worked in the jewellery trade for a few years before switching to graphic design and is now a line manager at a printers in Redditch while Kate is creative director of the jewellery company Nest Creates.
