At sacrifice, spleen, left submandibular lymph node, and left periovarian fat pads in each mouse were collected after eliminations of the surrounding connective tissues, muscles, and any debris.
The tumour along with the gland was dissected free from the surrounding tissues and was excised completely along with the enlarged submandibular lymph nodes (Fig 6).
