The two bodies of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change - the
Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) - which draft and monitor implementation of climate measures have tabled a number of draft decisions for adoption by the final plenary session, on 10 December.
In addition, the two permanent subsidiary bodies of the UNFCCC?the
Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation ?will hold their 33rd sessions.
The conference includes sessions for COP serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol and the second part of the first session of the COP serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement, the forty-seventh session of the
Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, the forty-seventh session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation and the fourth part of the first session of the Ad hoc Working Group on the Paris Agreement.
