The TASF and MCO documents have areas for the flight information, passenger name, credit card type code, number, expiration date, and fee amount.
Travel agencies that use the TASF document must prepare a separate, manual report.
Travel counselors processing services fees, either on TASFs or MCOs, must obtain an approval code (authorization) for the credit card charge.
