A release announcing the findings noted that AMCs currently provide roughly two-thirds of all residential appraisals used in the mortgage industry, with TAVMA's members accounting for more than 80 percent of this volume.
"I think HUD recognizes that your industry is already bundling," Schulman told TAVMA members.
