Telpak service, coupled with dramatic increases in WATS and private-line rates.
Under the new tariffs, there are ways for large users to obtain what are essentially Telpak rated for their private lines.
Through use of such equipment, per channel prices equivalent to the old Telpak rates can be obtained.
