Transmembrane region predicted by the TMHMM program showed that the protein has five potential membrane proteins which are located at 431-453, 515-534, 544-566, 571-593 and 670-692, respectively.
The computed results of TMHMM Server 2.0 showed that Der f 33 has no transmembrane helices, and the protein sequences are all located outside of the membrane.
