Transmembrane region predicted by the TMHMM program showed that the protein has five potential membrane proteins which are located at 431-453, 515-534, 544-566, 571-593 and 670-692, respectively.
The computed results of TMHMM Server 2.0 showed that Der f 33 has no transmembrane helices, and the protein sequences are all located outside of the membrane.
In the meantime, we used TMHMM to verify it, and the result showed that peptides from the 7-26 amino acid region were the transmembrane helixes, which were from inside to outside.
The transmembrane helix analysis (TMHMM) predicts six transmembrane helices in Lp3, Lp4, and Lp5 and four transmembrane helices for Lp6.
Analyzed by the TMHMM server, result shows that the protein is located in the outside of membrane and has no transmembrane domain; therefore the protein can be deduced in cytoplasmic matrix.
1B, in Supplementary Material available online at https://doi .org/10.1155/2017/1074054), TMHMM, and DNAMAN (Figure 3) comparison of the putative GPR1 receptors encoded by these variants revealed that GPR1 exhibits the typical type A GPCR features including seven transmembrane a-helical domains connected by three extracellular and three intracellular loops.

En cuanto a los resultados del InterProScan, se encontro que algunas secuencias, despues de ser traducidas, tendrian homologia con regiones de baja complejidad (SEG), dominios transmembranales (TMHMM) o peptidos senal (SIGNALP).
For candidate proteins lacking annotation, we predicted the cellular localization using an integration of SignalP, TargetP, and TMHMM (transmembrane prediction using hidden Markov models) (10).
