In the second method, a fresh dissection was performed in 3 horse specimens obtained from the Necropsy lab of the Animal Pathology Institute, UACh. These specimens were clinical cases of Veterinary Teaching Hospital at UACh and they either died or were euthanized in necropsy for post mortem study.
