On the other hand, the aid of more accurate devices such as Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC- MS), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC), Ultra- fast Performance Liquid Chromatography (UFLC), Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Mass spectrometry-based assays are used to detect and quantify the produced compounds (Akiyama et al., 1998; Younis and Malik, 2003; Maragos and Busman, 2010).
In addition, two types of weights [19] are considered for specifying the Laplacian coordinates, including unitary weights (so-called Uniform Fix Laplacian Coordinate - UFLC) and mean value coordinates, so-called Tangential Laplacian coordinate deformation method (TLC).
The samples were analyzed on a Shimadzu UFLC system (Shimadzu Corporation, Kyoto, Japan) coupled to a QTRAP5500 triple quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometer equipped with a TurboIon Spray source (AB Sciex, Foster City, CA, USA).
Samples were injected into an effluent flow of 1 mL/min with a total sample volume of 100 [micro]L in a Shimadzu UFLC system with a RID-10A refractive index detector.
The UFLC will work under the umbrella of the FA with enough independence to organise, supervise and plan the competition.
Shimadzu thrives on its excellent reputation for reliability and robustness and continues to lead the way in HPLC front-end systems with Prominence UFLC, its highly flexible, ultra fast, universally software-compatible LC system.
Shimadzu introduced its Prominence Ultra Fast Liquid Chromatograph (UFLC), which it states is up to 10 times faster than a conventional HPLC using a 5-[micro] particle column.
To determine the chromatographic profile of SpHE, a LC-20 liquid chromatograph UFLC system (Shimadzu, Tokyo, Japan) was utilized, controlled by LC Software Solution 1.0 (Shimadzu, Tokyo, Japan).
HPLC analyses of MBC were performed in a Shimadzu (CBM-20A) Prominence[R] UFLC system, coupled with high-pressure binary pump (LC-20AD); auto injector (SIL-20AHT), detector UV-Vis (SPD-20A); column oven heating; CTO-20A.
The detection of histamine was performed using Prominence Ultra Fast Liquid Chromatography (UFLC) system (Model LC20AD, Shimadzu, Japan) with RP-C18 column (250*4.6mm) and PDA detector (set at 233 nm).
The studied herbicides were quantified by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLCMS/MS), Shimadzu, model Proeminence UFLC, which combines 37 fast analyses and is an excellent separation performance, with high reliability of the results.
