" within the framework of the efforts to protect underwater archaeology, and in implementation of the project stages to survey Omani coasts in cooperation with the British University of Southampton and the Museum of Western Australia and the diligence.
It also requires consideration of the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage
Convention of 2001 ('the UCH') in order to see whether its provisions have anything material to add.
