Linear Technology has introduced the LT6203 and LT6204 dual and quad high speed, 100 MHz gain bandwidth product, low power (ISUPPLY = 2.3 mA typ.), low noise (1.9 nV/Hz at 100 kHz), unity gain stable, voltage feedback amplifiers. These amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input common mode range and rail-to-rail output voltage swing, said to be a first for such a low noise amplifier which operates on single or split supplies from 2.5 V to 12 V.
