The assessors at WNSC support every apprentice with their work, Laura talked about her assessor, saying, "Sarah, my assessor, is friendly and flexible with me, she always answers my emails promptly and is available whenever I need help." Laura commented on the main benefits of doing an apprenticeship "for me, the main benefits of doing an apprenticeship are; having a qualification that you can obtain from doing a job I love; doing the work required on a daily basis; knowing I will be increasing my skills and adding to my CV."
Theo Creed is completing his Level 2 Apprenticeship in Game and Wildlife Management at Walford and North Shropshire College (WNSC), Theo commented on the benefit of doing an apprenticeship, "I am learning new skills and earning a wage at the same time, I am picking up on the different duties involved in running a shoot."
