WPGC and WKYS which dominate youth radio listening (ages 12-17) have their content determined by a three corporation "musical OPEC" (Palast 2002) who are ultimately responsible for nearly everything we hear on radio (or see on music video channels).

WPGC (3.1-3.2-3.3) and CBS News WNEW-F (1.1-1.3-1.3).
