The WTIA will build this plan in a phased approach through a series of partnerships with service providers and local startups.
Founded in 1984, the WTIA is the unifying voice for 8500 technology companies and 250,000 tech professionals in Washington.
Following the transaction, WTIA
, which produces over 50 professional education and networking events annually, will now hold two former NWEN event programmes - First Look Forum and Entrepreneur University, the buyer said in a press release.
The event will be co-sponsored by the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA).
