The Simplified Tax and Wage Reporting System (STAWRS) Program is a multi-agency partnership between the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury, Small Business Administration, Social Security Administration, Office of Management and Budget, various states, and private organizations.
