RGYA 508 [Chen, 297] notes his name as "Tshul khrims mdzes," but DPA' 503 [DPA'(P) [501] has "Bsod nams mdzes," as do Mang thos in MANG 155 and A mes zhabs Ngag dbang kun dga' bsod nams (1597-1659) in his study of the Guhyasamajatantra of 1634, in A 164.
